Title of Law:   Separation of Powers Act, 2015.

The purpose of this law is to clarify and correct shortcomings in current law regarding the issuance of Executive Orders by the President of the United States of America.

This law [Separation of Powers Act, 2015] shall be passed by the House of Representatives, and the Senate.  Once passed, this law will clearly enunciate the areas of the Constitution of the United States of America, regarding what a law is, and who is governed by the laws of the Constitution of the United States of America.

This law [Separation of Powers Act, 2015], states that the President of the United States of America may issue Executive Orders, as part of his administrative authority. However, the President of the United States of America may not issue an Executive Order that seeks to, tends to, or inadvertently has the effect of interfering in, altering, evading, or subverting any law passed by the Congress of the United States of America.  If a President issues such an Executive Order, then that President will be in violation of the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015], and upon being notified of this fact by any member of Congress,  the President has three days, or seventy-two hours to entirely void or resend  such an Executive Order.

On the fourth day, if the Executive Order has not been voided or resended, then either the House or the Senate Shall hold a special session in which the members shall vote on whether the Executive Order does in fact violate the law [Separation of Powers Act, 2015]?

With a simple majority vote, finding that the President has violated the law [Separation of Powers Act, 2015]. the Speaker of the House, shall contact the U.S. Marshal’s Office, stating that the President has violated the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015], and the U.S. Marshal’s Office Shall contact any siting judge, who Will issue a warrant for the Arrest and confinement of the President.

An important element of the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015] is that once a judge has issued a warrant for the President, all employees of the government Shall yield to and cooperate with the U.S. Marshal’s Office in carrying out their lawful duties; this is especially pertinent to the Secret Service and its employees.

The order issued by the judge shall be binding upon the President, regardless where in the world the President might be.  Upon being issued the warrant, the President is immediately taken into custody, and the U.S. Marshall’s Office Shall contact the Vice President, and the swearing in of the Vice President Shall be instituted immediately.

The offense of a President issuing an Executive Order in violation of the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015] shall be a class one felony, punishable by 10 years in a Federal Prison, with no recourse in law, since such a violation is to an oath of office, and thus,  tantamount to Treason.

________________

There is no excuse for such action by a grown man, and the actions of the Congress in using the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015] to arrest and incarcerate the President is a gesture of kindness for such an egregious act.  To curb lawlessness in Government, and to reduce the corruption inherent in a lawless government, it is hoped that the Congress would enact the [Separation of Powers Act, 2015] ASAP.

Respectfully,

Brother James

A concerned Citizen
